Clientori

Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 2026

This policy explains what Clientori does with the personal information of two groups of people: those who respond to our advertising or fill in one of our forms, and the business contacts we work with or approach.

Who we are

Clientori is a trading name of XYZ Growth Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 2333 Brickell Ave D1-28, Miami, FL 33129. You can reach us at christos@clientori.com.

Clientori is a lead generation group. We run advertising and outreach, check that the people who respond fit what a client offers, and book an appointment with that client. Our clients are fertility clinics, private and non-bank lenders, property developers and financial advisers. We give no legal, medical, financial or investment advice, and we do not lend, treat patients, sell property or sell insurance. The business we book you with does that.

What we collect

If you respond to our advertising or fill in a form, we collect:

A fertility enquiry can include information about your health. We process it only with your explicit consent.

Nobody who enquires is asked for payment card details.

If you are a business contact, we collect your name, role, work email address and phone number, the company you work for, and our correspondence with you.

This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics. The only third party request is for the two fonts it uses, served by Google Fonts. Visiting these pages does not identify you to us.

Where it comes from

Most of it comes from you: from the form you filled in and from the calls and messages that follow. Business contact details come from the company's own website, professional directories and data providers, or from the person.

Why we use it

The legal basis for using it

If you are in the EU or the UK, GDPR and UK GDPR apply, and we rely on these grounds:

If you are in the United States, we call or text you only with your prior express written consent, and that consent covers calls made by an automated agent. The Telephone Consumer Protection Act requires that consent, and we keep the record of it.

Who we share it with

The business you are booked with

This is the point of the service, so we state it plainly: when we book you with a client, that client receives your name, phone number, email address, where you are, and your answers, so that it can hold the appointment with you. Your details go to that one client and to no other business, and never as a marketing list. From the appointment on, that client handles your information under its own privacy policy, and anything you agree with it is between you and that client.

Our service providers

We use providers for hosting, email, the telephone service that carries our calls and text messages, and record keeping. They process information on our instructions and for no purpose of their own. We also run advertising on advertising platforms. If you filled in a form on one of them, that platform holds your answers under its own privacy policy as well.

When the law requires it

We disclose information where we are legally required to, for example in response to a valid legal request, and where it is needed to establish or defend a legal claim.

Mobile phone numbers and text messaging consent

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes. Text messaging consent is not shared with anyone for marketing purposes, and no third party obtains the right to text or call you for their own marketing because you gave that consent to us. The business we book you with receives your details so that it can hold the appointment, and receives no messaging consent from us.

Calls

Some of our calls are made by an automated agent. It says so at the start of the call. Our calls are recorded, and a notice that the call is recorded plays at the start, before the conversation begins. We keep the recording and a transcript of it, and we use them only to check what was said and agreed and to answer a later question or dispute about the call.

Text messages

We text people who enquired and agreed to be contacted by text message about it. The messages are about your own enquiry: who we are and that we are trying to reach you, agreeing a time to speak, confirming a detail, and confirming the appointment. We send no promotional or marketing text messages. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop, and HELP for help, or email christos@clientori.com. The text messaging terms set this out in full.

International transfers

We are in the United States, and our service providers may be in other countries. If you are in the EU or the UK, your information is transferred to the United States when you send it to us. We put in place the safeguards that GDPR and UK GDPR require for that transfer.

How long we keep it

We keep personal information for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it for, and after that for as long as the law requires us to keep business records or we need it to establish or defend a legal claim. Then we delete it. A record that someone asked us to stop contacting them, which is their phone number or email address and the fact of the opt out, is kept for as long as we operate, because that is the only way to make sure they are not contacted again.

Your rights

Email christos@clientori.com and tell us the phone number or email address you used, and we will find your record. You can ask for a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it or delete it, withdraw a consent you gave, or object to a use based on our legitimate interests. We answer within one month. If you are in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to a supervisory authority.

Ask us to delete your details and we delete them, except that we keep your phone number or email address on our opt out list so you are not contacted again, and we keep anything we are legally required to keep. A client that has already received your details holds them in its own right from that point, so ask that client as well.

Children

Our service is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe we hold a child's information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

Our records are held in access controlled systems, and call recordings in private storage. Only the people who need a record to do their work can reach it.

Changes to this policy

If we change what we do with personal information, we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
