Text Messaging Terms

These terms cover the text messages Clientori sends about an enquiry you made through one of our advertisements or forms. Clientori is a trading name of XYZ Growth Ventures LLC.

Who we text

We text people who made an enquiry with us and agreed to be contacted by text message about it. We text no one else. There are no promotional or marketing text messages, and no texts to numbers we bought or scraped.

Agreeing to text messages is not a condition of anything. If you would rather we only called you, say so and we will.

What we send

Messages about your own enquiry and the appointment we book for you. In practice that means:

• a message saying who we are and that we are trying to reach you about the enquiry you made;
• a message agreeing a time to speak, or following up after a missed call;
• a message asking or confirming a detail from your enquiry;
• a message confirming the appointment we booked for you, and a reminder before it.

You can reply to any of them. A reply reaches a person on our team.

How often

Only as often as your own enquiry needs, which is usually a handful of messages in total. We send no more than three messages a day to one person, and we only send them between 8am and 8pm in your own time zone. There is no recurring or scheduled campaign, so there is nothing to receive once your enquiry is finished.

Message and data rates

Message and data rates may apply. What you pay, if anything, depends on your mobile plan and your carrier. Messages may be delayed or fail to arrive for reasons outside our control, and carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any message from us. That number is added to our opt out list and we stop texting it. If you later want to hear from us again, reply START or UNSTOP from the same number.

How to get help

Reply HELP to any message from us, or email christos@clientori.com. If you want your details deleted as well as the messages stopped, email us and ask; see the Privacy Policy for what we do with a deletion request.

Your information

We do not sell, rent or share mobile phone numbers or text messaging consent with any third party for that third party's own marketing purposes. The Privacy Policy sets out in full what we collect, who we share it with and how long we keep it.

Supported carriers

We text United States mobile numbers. We cannot guarantee delivery on every carrier or on every plan.
