Who these terms are from

This website and the Clientori service are operated by XYZ Growth Ventures LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, with its principal place of business at 2333 Brickell Ave D1-28, Miami, FL 33129, trading as Clientori. Where these terms say "we" or "us", they mean that company.

What we do

Clientori is a lead generation group. We run advertising and outreach, check that the people who respond fit what a client offers, and book an appointment with that client. Our clients are fertility clinics, private and non-bank lenders, property developers and financial advisers.

We are not a law firm, a clinic, a lender, a broker or an adviser, and we give no legal, medical, financial or investment advice. Nor do we lend, treat patients, sell property or sell insurance. Nothing on this website, and nothing said on a call, by a person or by an automated agent, is advice. Anything you agree with a business we book you with, about treatment, a loan, a property or a financial product, is between you and that business.

If you enquire

We do not promise that a business will take you on, lend to you, treat you, sell to you, or offer you any particular product, price or result. Whether it does is that business's decision. Tell us the truth in your answers, because we and the business decide on what you tell us. You can ask us to stop contacting you at any time: reply STOP to a text message, tell the agent on the call, or email christos@clientori.com.

If you are a client

The terms between us, what you pay per qualified appointment, what qualifies one, and how it is invoiced, are set out in the order you signed with us. These terms do not replace that order and do not create one.

This website

This website is for information. We keep it accurate, but we do not warrant that it is complete or up to date, and we may change it at any time. The text, layout and design belong to us. You may read it and link to it, not copy it as your own.

Limits

We provide the introduction service with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for the acts, advice or omissions of a business we introduce you to, for an appointment that leads nowhere, or for indirect or consequential loss. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms we will change this page and update the date at the top of it.
